Let There Be...

When God said, “Let there be light” the resulting light created by those words began traveling at 186,000 miles per second through the landscape of creation.  It was like a wave of light began crashing into the realm of dark nothingness illuminating the will of the Father. The creative voice of God is not hindered by the limiting measurements of time and space where light finds its definition and measures its speed. Once spoken, the voice of God positioned itself at the edge of everything and will always be present to greet the effects of light no matter how deep in expanding space that light travels.

A word from God that you speak in faith is the same. It’s sound is not carried by the atmosphere, light or matter of the physical world. Its sound is heard in the unhindered and overarching reality of eternity never limited by any barrier in this realm. A word of faith is delivered into the future awaiting the arrival its author who is still traveling through the restrictions of time and space toward the final destination of the word.

The next time you feel empty or without hope do not remain silent. You are a child of the God of Creation. You carry the voice and authority of your Father because you were birthed through His Son.  He has given you the same creative potential as Jesus Christ.

Begin speaking words of hope into your place of nothingness. Release a personal creation. Give God a target to deliver the supernatural potential of His word. Call into being those things that do not yet exist.  Speak resurrection life into places of death. When you speak creative words, the words you speak will take up residence at the destination of your faith and begin working to create a new reality. That new reality will be there to greet you upon your arrival just as the expanding force of light was greeted by the voice of the One who uttered its creation.

“Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.” Hebrews 11:1
