Your Juggling Act

You are juggling so many things in your life. You believe the survival of what you are juggling depends on you keeping everything airborne and constantly in motion.  What if you simply stopped?

You are afraid that if you stopped juggling all these things they would fall down and be destroyed.  That is not true.  Many things in this life require less attention than you would imagine.  Relationships and circumstances don’t need your constant control.  You have permission to let go and walk away.  What is wonderfully strange about making this choice is that after you walk away, many of these things will remain airborne and moving not dependent on you to keep them alive.

This is a season to learn a lesson from the life of Mary.  Mary chose to sit at Jesus’ feet while Martha tried juggling all the details of her life and the lives of everyone around her.  Jesus said Mary chose the better option.
